What is “creating an account”?

Creating an account on charmingcharlie.com allows you to keep track of your points and store all of your info—like your birthday (so we can remember so send you something special)! It also ensures that we have the most up-to-date information so that we can send you special offers and in-store event invites.

What happens to the reward points I’d earned before the new club rolled out?

You earned your points – they’re yours to keep! The new Charm Club was designed to make shopping and earning even easier. You’ll keep the points you’ve got and enjoy new opportunities to earn! Just remember to make one purchase a year so your points don’t expire.

How do I get my gift for becoming a silver or gold member?

Visit any US Charming Charlie location near you to select your gift when we notify you of your status upgrade or renewal. It’s that easy! Please note that the status upgrade may take up to 10 days from the qualifying purchase to be processed into our system. And be sure to come in to get your gift within the same year that you’ve qualified for it.

Can I use my points online?

Not yet, but hang tight! Currently, Rewards Dollars are not redeemable online, but we’re working to change that.

Do I receive anything for spreading the word about charming Charlie?

Absolutely! When you spread the love you earn BIG! A successful new customer referral earns Charm Club members 2000 points – that’s $10 in rewards to treat yourself with. You can also earn points by connecting with us on social media through our home page (250 points) and posting about us on your social media channels through charmingcharlie.com/refer-a-friend.

What are SMS Text Updates?

By agreeing to receive SMS text updates, you’re agreeing to receive a maximum of 6 messages a month on your mobile phone. We’ll send you mobile-exclusive offers, insider info, you-heard-it-first product offers and sale updates.

How do I become a member?

Charm Club Rewards is currently offered to US residents. You can open an account and become a member of the Charm Club Rewards program at a participating US store and online here, by simply providing your name, phone and email address.

How do I earn points?

Points may be earned on any qualifying Charming Charlie purchase. Qualifying purchases are defined as purchases of merchandise (at any US store and/or www.charmingcharlie.com) excluding: Charm Club Silver and Gold Status free gifts, sales tax, state fees, shipping charges, delivery charges, personalized products purchased on charmingcharlie.com, discounts, redemption of Rewards Dollars, redemption of birthday certificates, redemption of gift cards, and fees or other excluded charges. Program points are awarded upon purchase of Charming Charlie Gift Cards, but not on redemption.

Who is eligible to participate?

The loyalty program is open to individuals that are at least 18 years of age and residents of the United States.

Why do I have to provide my email address to join the Charm Club Rewards program?

We need your email address to deliver communication regarding the program, rewards status, and your special birthday bonus. An additional benefit of the program is email alerts of special offers and events, many just for program members, and these are also sent through email. If you wish, you can cancel (unsubscribe) from the promotional offers at any time and still receive your rewards updates via email.

Why do I have to provide my phone number - I don't want to receive marketing calls.

No worries! The phone number is an easy and consistent way we can quickly look up your account and make sure you earn your points. We do this so you don't have to keep up with a card or membership number.

Points

How do I earn points when I make a purchase?

We have made this very easy - no membership card required! You simply provide your registered phone number or email address prior to purchase and the Style Specialist will ensure your purchase earns points.

How do I know how many points I will earn?

Members earn 10 points for every qualifying dollar spent with Charming Charlie. Points are calculated on total spend after discounts, Rewards Dollars redemptions and before taxes and then rounded to the nearest ten point increment. As an example, if your sales total before taxes is $35.61, you will earn 360 points.

Do I earn points for the purchase of Gift Cards?

Yes, members earn points for the purchase of Charming Charlie Gift Cards. Points are not earned on purchases made with a Charming Charlie Gift Card.

How do I know how many points I have?

You can create and access your account online here. Point totals are reflected on pages within My Account. Once you join the program, you'll receive a welcome email explaining many of the features available to you from membership. If you joined more than a week ago and did not receive your welcome email, please check your bulk mail folder. If you still do not see it, contact customer service here or call 1-888-675-2275 for assistance. You'll need to give them the name, email, and phone number you registered with.

You can also ask any Style Specialist at the register your point balance when you’re shopping in store.

How soon will I be able to see the points I've earned in my account?

Points for qualifying purchases will post 24-72 hours after the qualifying purchase.

What is excluded from earning points?

Points are earned on the total US store and www.charmingcharlie.com purchase value excluding Charm Club Silver and Gold Status free gifts, sales tax, state fees, shipping charges, delivery charges, personalized products purchased on charmingcharlie.com discounts, redemption of Reward Dollars and redemption of gift cards, fees or other excluded charge.

Do points ever expire?

Active members enjoy non-expiring points!

Points are valid for 12 months from the date of the last qualifying purchase. Each qualifying purchase will automatically extend the expiration date of all unused points in a member's account for 12 months from the month of the qualifying purchase. If the member account has no qualifying purchase activity within a 12-month period, all points in the account will expire.

May I get points for purchases made before I became a member?

Points cannot be accumulated prior to the effective date of the program or on purchases made prior to activating your Charm Club Rewards membership.

What do I do if I forgot to provide my phone number prior to a purchase and realize I did not receive points?

At this time, we are unable to award points if you do not provide your phone number at the time of purchase. Make sure to always identify yourself as a Charm Club Rewards member and provide your registered phone number at the register!

What happens to my points if I make a return?

The points accumulated with a purchase that is later returned will be deducted from your account balance. Should the number of points deducted from your account create a negative point balance, points earned and posted to your account will be applied to the negative balance until the account balance reaches zero. Then, points will resume accumulating for future Rewards.

Rewards

What can I purchase with my Rewards Dollars?

Rewards Dollars are valid towards the purchase of any Charming Charlie merchandise available in US stores Rewards Dollars are not valid on prior purchases or for the purchase of Charming Charlie Gift Cards. At this time, we cannot accept Reward dollars as a form of payment for online purchases. We’re working to enable that soon, though!

How do I know my Rewards Status?

You can see your current points, club level and your proximity to next club level on the membership status page of your account.

Do my Rewards Dollars expire?

Nope! Your Rewards Dollars are yours to keep provide you make a qualifying purchase at least once a year.

How do I redeem my Rewards Dollars?

Redeeming Rewards Dollars has never been so easy! Once you’ve earned $5 in rewards you can apply any reward value $5 or greater at the register on your purchase. Meaning, if you have $15 in rewards, you can use $6 now and keep $9 to save for a later purchase.

Currently, Rewards Dollars are not available to use for online purchases. But we will be adding this feature soon…we know it’s important to you!

Can I use my Rewards Dollars with another promotional offer?

Yes! Rewards Dollars are combinable with other Charming Charlie promotional or sale price offer, discount or coupon, not to exceed the purchase amount. In cases where Reward Dollars may not be combined with other promotions, the promotion terms will make that clear.

I have over 1,000 points in my account but have not received my Reward Certificate yet.

We’ve made it easier! The new Charm Club no longer issues Reward Certificates. You’re able to use your rewards right at the register.

What happens to my Rewards Dollars if I make a return?

In the event you return merchandise that was partially or wholly paid for with a Rewards Dollars, no Rewards Dollars or points will be reissuedyou must return part of your purchase, we encourage you to make an exchange instead so you can retain the value of your reward.

Can I give my rewards to someone else to use?

Rewards Dollars are not transferable and may only be used by the member to whom they were issued.

SILVER STATUS

What is a Silver Status member and how do I become one?

Silver Status membership is attained once you spend $100 on qualifying purchases within a calendar year. Once you have made a transaction that puts you into Silver status, please allow 24-72 hours for your account status to be upgraded online. We will then send you welcome information to the email address you provided at registration. You can log into your account to see your current status or ask any Style Specialist.

How do I know how close I am to earning Silver Status?

Once you've registered at charmingcharlie.com, you can log into your account to see how much you need to reach Silver Status or re-qualify for another year on your membership status page!

How long do my Silver Status benefits last?

Silver status and benefits begin immediately upon receipt notification and are valid for the balance of the qualifying year and through the end of the following calendar year.

How do I maintain Silver Status and keep the benefits?

You qualify for Silver Status by spending $100 each calendar year. Eligibility is reviewed regularly and a requalification email confirmation will be sent to members. If you do not re-qualify for upgraded status, your status and benefits will expire at the end of the year.

Can I qualify for multiple years of Silver Status in a single year? For example, if I spend $300 within a year, will I be Silver Status for the next three years?

No. You must qualify for Silver Status each year by spending $100 or more each year.

GOLD STATUS

What is a Gold Status member and how do I become one?

Gold Status membership is attained once you spend $200 in qualifying purchases. Once you have made a transaction that puts you into Gold Status, please allow 24-72 hours for your account status to be upgraded online. We will then send you welcome information to the email address you provided at registration. You can log in to your account to see your current status or ask any Style Specialist.

Other Benefits

When will I receive exclusive offers and discounts?

Charming Charlie will send member-only offers from time to time throughout the year. You will receive these offers through various communications, including the email provided in your account profile. If you provide a mailing address, you will also be eligible to receive exclusive offers via postal mail. To ensure you receive the full benefits of your membership, be sure you have opted in to receive Charming Charlie emails and keep your account profile updated with your current and preferred email and mailing address.

How do I take advantage of my Birthday Bonus?

As long as you have provided your birth date to us in your account profile prior to your birthday month, Birthday Bonus Certificates are sent on the 1st of every month. Birthday Bonuses will vary - it is fun to receive a surprise for your special day! To redeem, simply print the Birthday Bonus Certificate directly from the email and present to the Style Specialist prior to making your purchase.

Why didn't I get a Birthday Bonus this year?

There's a good chance we do not have your birth date or valid email address. Please log in to your online account and confirm your profile information is complete and accurate. If the information is complete, please contact Customer Service at 1-888-675-2275 to investigate further.

Account Management & Service

What is my account number?

Upon enrolling, you are assigned a Charm Club Rewards account and an account number. Upon enrollment, the account number is printed on your Charming Charlie receipts. You will also receive your account number in your welcome email and other emails sent from the Charm Club. If you cannot locate your account number, please contact Customer Service at 1-888-675-2275.

How do I update my account information?

Existing club members can update their information at any time within My Account.

How will I receive membership updates?

Communication about the program, including upgrade status notification, will be sent to the email address you provide upon enrollment.

How do I cancel my membership?

A member may cancel their membership at any time by contacting Customer Service at 1-888-675-2275. Cancellation may take 10 business days to finalize. Upon cancellation, membership will be inactivated. Please note, any unredeemed point balance or unused, valid Rewards Dollars in the account at the time of account closure will be forfeited and customer access to the account will be denied.
