August 15, 2009 (Houston, TX) – Charming Charlie, a Houston-based women's fashion accessories company has partnered with Block 7 Wine Co – Houston’s newest hotspot – as well as several other premiere organizations which include Bliss Nail Spa, Whole Foods Houston, Lot 8 and Neiman Marcus’ Laura Mercier makeup artists to co-host a Project Runway premiere party. Event ticket proceeds will benefit Dress for Success, an international non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of women through professional clothing, employment retention programs and ongoing support groups. The services provided by Dress for Success symbolize faith in every woman's ability to be self-sufficient and successful in her career.
Guests will enjoy hors d'oeuvres and wine as they watch the season premiere as well as premium goodie bags and door prizes. On-site makeovers will be available from Laura Mercier makeup artists and 50 tickets have been reserved exclusively for Charming Charlie Charm Club, loyalty club members.
