- How can I return or exchange my purchase?
- Please refer to the Returns & Exchanges page for more information.
- I made a purchase at a charming charlie store while I was out of town. How do I make a return or exchange if I do not live near a store?
- Please call our Customer Service department for assistance.
- Can I get merchandise from one store shipped to another?
- Unfortunately, we do not ship merchandise to or from our stores.
- Where can I get a copy of the catalog?
- As our merchandise changes so frequently, we are incapable of featuring a catalog at this time.
- Can I order merchandise over the phone?
- No, we're sorry, but at this time merchandise can only be bought in one of our 200+ stores. Please use our Store Locator to find a location near you!
- I signed up for e-mail updates, but never received any. Why not?
- Your e-mail provider may be marking our updates as “spam” simply because it does not recognize the sender. Check your “spam” or “junk” folder for past e-mails. Be sure to also list charming charlie as a trusted site to avoid this issue in the future. If you continue to experience difficulty, please Contact Us so that we may identify and resolve your particular issue.
- How do I stop receiving e-mail updates?

- Why did you take down your e-Commerce site?
- We have temporarily taken down our site so that we can make it even better for you – our customers. You are important to us and we want to ensure that your experience is consistently good...no matter where you shop charming charlie.
- When will your e-Commerce site be back up?
- We expect our site to be up and running in Fall 2013.
- I only used to shop charming charlie online. What should I do?
- While we work to make your online shopping experience even better, we hope you will consider visiting one of our 200+ stores across the United States. To find the store nearest you, use our Store Locator online or contact our Customer Service line at 1-888-675-2275 for additional assistance.
- What will happen to my online account? Will my information be lost?
- You have nothing to worry about as it relates to your online account with charming charlie. All of the information you have with us will carry over to the new site.
- Does this mean I will lose my Wish List?
- Unfortunately, our Wish List will not be available until we re-launch in Fall 2013.
- Can I still check my gift card balance online?
- Yes. You can check balance on the Gift Card page.
- Can I still buy gift cards online?
- No. Gift cards will only be sold in-store until our e-Commerce site is re-launced in Fall 2013.
- I just gave my family some gift cards, how will they redeem them if they are not close to a store?
