Charming Charlie offers the following shipping methods:
- When will my order ship? After your order is placed, orders generally process within 48 hours. Orders placed after 1:00pm EST will be processed the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday only (does not include holidays). Once that processing time has expired, orders will be shipped using the delivery method of your choice. An order confirmation email will be received immediately after order placement. Please wait up to 24 hours after the order confirmation email to receive tracking information.
- Can I send my order to a P.O Box address? Yes you can! Feel free to use a P.O. Box for your shipping address, but please remember we only provide Standard shipping to PO Boxes. Express orders require a physical address.
- Will charming charlie ship anywhere? Not yet, but we do ship throughout the U.S., including Hawaii and Alaska.
- I need to change something on my order, can you help me? We are unable to modify or cancel an order after the order is placed. For assistance please call customer service at toll-free at 1-888-675-2275, or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org between 11am to 8pm EST Monday through Friday.
- How can I contact someone who can help me? Customer Service is available 11am to 8pm EST Monday through Friday and can be reached at 1-888-675-2275, or via email at email@example.com. Responses are usually returned within 24 hours.
