If you are feeling festive this Halloween, but don’t want to make an investment in an elaborate costume, we have some quick and easy DIY Halloween costume tips for you!
With so many fun Halloween accessories at Charming Charlie, it was hard to narrow it down to just three, but here goes.
This no-fuss look is super cute. All this DIY black cat costume it takes are some black leggings (paired with a black turtleneck or sweater), black boots, and a cat-ears headband. Wear the outfit to school or work and when it’s party time, just paint on some whiskers and a button nose and slip on the headband. Go as a black cat with our furry cat ears or glam it up a bit with sparkling rhinestone details. Not only is this a super easy costume to put together, but these are all things you’ll wear again after Halloween is over—even the kitty ears. Meow.?
Of course, you’ll need an all-black ensemble for this DIY witch costume—a little black dress, tights, boots, and don’t forget a pointed black hat. But the key to any witchy woman’s look is the jewelry. Go medieval in gunmetal chainmail. Add some creepy, crawly critters or for a look with legs. Or add horns, rhinestones and gold to be extra glamour-witch —brooms are optional!
For a look that’s ready for the rodeo, denim is the way to go. Grab your favorite chambray romper, dress, or shirt for this DIY cowgirl costume. Add a fringed vest, lariat necklace and, of course, boots—then style two side braids, grab a cowboy hat (and maybe even a cowboy) and go!
We're big fans of wine, so it's only natural that the deep hue should make the jump to our wardrobes in everything from cozy cardigans and oversized totes to booties and cocktail rings.
