Returns Policy


Charming Charlie online will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the invoice date either in store or by mail. Online purchases may be returned to a Charming Charlie near you. Unfortunately, items purchased in the store may not be returned online. You will receive a credit to the original tender (e.g. major credit card). If the original tender is not available or you do not have your invoice a store credit will be issued. Gift items that are returned or exchanged will receive a store credit.


When returning by mail, please include a copy of the invoice and the reason for return. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Returns and exchanges from the retail stores will not be accepted.


All products must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with the tags still attached.
