  • Q) How do I update my email address and other account details?

    A) Upon logging into your account online you will be able to update your email address, mailing address and any payment information that you have saved. Login to your account now.

  • Returns & Exchanges:

  • Q) What is your exchange policy for in store purchases?

    A) Within 30 days, with the receipt and tags attached, exchange your purchase in store. All gift card purchases are final. Please find our full return and exchange policy here.

  • Q) What is your return policy for in store purchases?

    A) Within 30 days, with the receipt and tags attached, receive a full refund in store. All gift card purchases are final. Please find our full return and exchange policy here.

  • Q) What is your exchange policy for online orders?

    A) Within 30 days, with the packing slip and tags attached, exchange your purchase in store. Charmingcharlie.com is unable to offer exchanges by mail, simply return your item and re-purchase your new item. In store, we are unable to exchange online orders that use PayPal as the payment method. All gift card purchases are final. Please find our full return and exchange policy here.

  • Q) What is your return policy for online orders?

    A) If you change your mind we offer free returns in store and easy returns online. Within 30 days, with the packing slip or receipt and tags attached, receive a full merchandise refund in the original form of payment in store or online. In store, we are unable to return online orders that use PayPal as the payment method. All gift card purchases are final. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, unless the return was a result of our error. Please find our full return and exchange policy here.

    A) Unfortunately, once you place your order online we begin processing it and so we are unable to modify or cancel in our system.

    A) Unfortunately, we do not offer order online and pickup in store at this time.

    A) At this time we only ship throughout the Mainland (Contiguous) United States. (Excluding: Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses.

  • Q) Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

    A) We're happy to offer our standard shipping services to P.O. Boxes. However, if Expedited Shipping is avaialable and you choose Expedited Shipping, you will need to provide a physical address.
