When will I be able to redeem Charm Club rewards, silver and gold tier gifts and birthday rewards online? Thank you for your patience!  We will have Charm Club perks redeemable online in the coming months.  You can continue to redeem all Charm Club rewards, silver and gold tier gifts and birthday rewards in store.

When will I be able to redeem gift cards online?
You will be able to redeem gift cards online in the coming months.  Currently, we are unable to redeem gift cards online but you can continue to redeem them in stores.


When will I be able to checkout using multiple forms of payment for one order online?
These enhancements are already in the works!  In the coming months, you will be able to use multiple forms of payment.  For example, you will be able to redeem a gift card and pay for the remaining balance with your credit card.  Currently, you will only be able to pay with one form of payment online.  We appreciate your patience as we make this update.


What is your return policy for online orders?
Within 30 days, with the packing slip and tags attached, receive a full refund in store or by mail. 
In store, we are unable to return online orders that use PayPal as the payment method.  Returns by mail must be postmarked within 30 days of the ship date.  Please find our full return and exchange policy here.


What is your exchange policy for online orders?

Within 30 days, with the packing slip and tags attached, exchange your purchase in store. Charmingcharlie.com is unable to offer exchanges by mail, simply return your item and re-purchase your new item.  In store, we are unable to exchange online orders that use PayPal as the payment method.  Please find our full return and exchange policy here.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once you place your order online we begin processing it and so we are unable to modify or cancel in our system.

SHIPPING

What are your shipping costs?

How do I qualify for free shipping?
We offer everyday FREE economy shipping on all orders with a subtotal of $49 and over (excluding taxes).

 

Where do you ship?
At this time we only ship throughout the Continental U.S., excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Guam and Puerto Rico. 

 

Do you ship internationally?
We do not offer international shipping at this time. 

 

When will my order ship?
Note that orders generally process within 2 business days, not including holidays and weekends.  You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been processed.  Please allow for up to 24 hours after the shipment confirmation email has been sent to be able to track the package.

 

Do you ship to PO Boxes?
We only provide Economy shipping to PO Boxes. Expedited orders require a physical address.

 

Do you ship to Military Addresses?
At this time, we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses. 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy for stores and online orders?

If you change your mind we offer free returns in store and easy returns online.  Within 30 days, with the packing slip or receipt and tags attached, receive a full refund in the original form of payment in store or online.  In store, we are unable to return online orders that use PayPal as the payment method.  All gift card purchases are final.
