Yes, you can expect to receive your order placed online. For assistance please call Customer Service toll-free at 1-888-675-2275, or via email at customerservice@charmingcharlie.com between 11am to 8pm EST Monday through Friday.

 

I RECENTLY RETURNED AN ONLINE ORDER. WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND?

It will take approximately 5-10 business days for your refund to process all depending on your financial institution. If you paid with a gift card, a new e-gift card will be sent to you via email with the amount refunded.

 

WILL YOU REFUND MY SHIPPING COST?

Unfortunately, we cannot but we will be more than happy to refund the original purchase order in full to your original payment method.

 

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY GIFT CARD?

Your gift card is valid until used. If you don’t have a Charming Charlie location nearby, hold on to your card. Our website redesign is expected to be completed by later this year.

 

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY CHARM POINTS?

You earned your points – they’re yours to keep! You’ll keep the points you’ve got and enjoy new opportunities to earn! Just remember to make one purchase a year so your points don’t expire.

 

I CHANGED MY MIND. HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

We are unable to modify or cancel an order after the order is placed. For assistance please call Customer Service at toll-free at 1-888-675-2275, or via email at customerservice@charmingcharlie.com between 11am to 8pm EST Monday through Friday.

 

CAN I RETURN MY ONLINE ORDER IN ANY STORE?

Of course! You just need to bring the packing slip from your shipped purchase within 30 days of purchase. You will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid via PayPal, you will receive a Charming Charlie gift card.

 

CAN I CALL A STORE AND HAVE THEM SHIP IN-STOCK ITEMS TO ME?

Unfortunately, this option is currently not available.

 

HOW DO I CHECK ON THE STATUS OF MY ORDER? PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

Returned merchandise must include the original receipt/packing slip and tags and be returned within 30 days in order to receive a refund to the original form of payment. If you are a Charm Club member, for any returns after 30 days you can get a store credit for a full year from purchase date.
